Chicken IL-10

Good news. The Recombinant Chicken IL-10 is active. Biological activity of Recombinant Chicken IL-10 was determined by measuring IFN-gamma expression by real-time PCR in Concanavalin A-stimulated chicken spleen lymphocytes. Results demonstrate decreased IFN-gamma gene expression with the addition of recombinant Chicken IL-10, in a dose-dependant manner, with doses starting at 2 ng/mL.
