This kit is for the quantitative measurement of Feline IL-2 in cell culture supernatants.
PBMCs harvested by ficoll density gradient from an apparently healthy feline were suspended in RPMI medium containing 10% fetal bovine serum and stimulated as desired. The cell-free supernatants were harvested following two days stimulation and analyzed in the Feline IL-2 VetSet ELISA Development Kit.

Staphylococcal enterotoxin B; 5 µg/ml -- <50
